Since Epic started in 2004, it has honored a Post Construction commitment of a one year warranty an all of its projects. Being local to Colorado, ensures that we will be here to serve our clients in the Post Construction phase into the warranty period.

Our team also conducts post project follow up that allows us to get a client’s view of how each project has gone and areas of improvement for future projects. We have long standing relationships with our clients and have made Epic a go to source for miscellaneous items that come up after a project has completed, whether it be warranty or not.
